Affiliate recommendations and results

I am an independent affiliate of recommended providers, including Zilara, HBA and LeadsLeap. If you register or buy through a referral link, I or your introducer may receive a commission. The provider sets its own prices, terms and cancellation rules.

The material is educational, not personalised legal, tax or financial advice. Income and results are not guaranteed. Advertising, subscriptions and other expenses can exceed any earnings.

Other affiliates independently control their own marketing, claims and mailing lists. I recommend responsible marketing and confirmed double opt-in, but cannot control their decisions or guarantee their conduct. I remain responsible for my own actions and any responsibility imposed by law. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Privacy notice

Draft dated 28 October 2026. Klemens (Kay) Winkler, at the address above, is responsible for the personal data he controls. This notice covers powr.cc and my own communications. Independent affiliates must explain their separate processing; I do not share my subscriber list with them.

What information is used, and why?

Browsing: Builder by HBA delivers these pages and processes technical connection data, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times. The purpose is to provide and protect the website; the intended basis is legitimate interests in a functioning, secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional tracking requires a separate assessment and consent where required.

Contact: Your email address, message and any name you provide are used to answer your enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests about a prospective contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for other correspondence. The form stores enquiries in my HBA account; email correspondence uses ALL-INKL. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Newsletters: If you join my list, LeadsLeap / SendSteed processes your email address, any submitted name and subscription/confirmation records, including time and IP information. I use confirmed double opt-in and send the requested educational and promotional emails on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Unsubscribe using any email’s unsubscribe link.

Email activity: SendSteed can measure opens and clicks. I plan to use engagement signals to group subscribers and tailor follow-up messages. This can constitute profiling; an open is not reliable proof that a person read an email. Optional tracking needs its own appropriate consent and withdrawal controls; newsletter consent is not blanket tracking consent. You may object to direct marketing and related profiling at any time.

Videos, fonts and spam protection

Video covers are stored with this website. YouTube is loaded only when you choose Play on a video. That choice consents to the connection to Google and associated player processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 165(3) TKG). Google receives technical data, including your IP address, and may use cookies or account information. Leave the cover untouched to decline. Reloading the page unloads the player; this does not erase data already sent.

The design also loads Nunito from Google Fonts, separately from the video choice. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, which may process IP, device and interaction data. These Google services require their own lawful setup; the Play choice does not cover them. See Google’s privacy information.

No Google Analytics or Meta Pixel identifier is configured in this site’s settings. This does not establish that HBA’s own infrastructure has no analytics or device storage.

Providers, links and overseas processing

Technical recipients include The Home Business Academy, LLC (website and form), Easttech Pte Ltd / LeadsLeap (newsletter), ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (mailbox) and Google entities for the services above. Following an external or affiliate link sends connection and possible referral information to the destination. Registration there is handled under that provider’s privacy information.

HBA is US-based and LeadsLeap’s operator is registered in Singapore; registration does not establish every server location. Processing outside the EEA may occur. Before publication, the applicable processing countries and transfer safeguards for HBA and LeadsLeap still need to be established from the relevant account documents.

Storage and your choices

Enquiries are kept while needed to resolve the matter and relevant follow-up or legal claims. Subscription data is used while the subscription remains active. After unsubscribe, marketing stops; only information still needed to honour the opt-out, evidence consent or meet legal duties should remain. Hosting logs, activity records and backups require defined deletion/review arrangements. These retention arrangements remain to be finalised for this draft.

Providing information is voluntary. Technical connection data is needed to deliver a webpage; an email address is needed for an email reply or subscription. You can read public pages without joining a list or loading videos.

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and to direct marketing, including related profiling. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact privacy@powrmission.com. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to the GDPR’s permitted extensions.

You may complain directly to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
