Contact and privacy enquiries: privacy@powrmission.com
Website purpose: educational information about online marketing, affiliate marketing, email-list building and related tools and services.
[BUSINESS REVIEW: the operator has confirmed that he currently has no Gewerbeanmeldung, Firmenbuch entry or UID number. Ask WKO Salzburg which trade registration and related Impressum particulars apply to the actual affiliate-marketing activity. No register or VAT number is invented. A suitable additional prompt contact route, such as a functioning contact form, also remains to be arranged; an email address is already provided.]
Educational information and earnings disclaimer
The information on this website and in related EgoProjekt / POWRMission materials is provided for general educational purposes. It is not individual legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Consider your circumstances and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
No income, profit, customer numbers or business outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on factors including experience, skills, effort, market conditions, advertising costs and the suitability of the products or services used. You may earn nothing and may lose money spent on tools, subscriptions or advertising. Examples and testimonials illustrate individual experiences and are not a prediction of your results.
You are responsible for evaluating offers and reading the relevant provider’s prices, terms, cancellation conditions and privacy information before registering or purchasing. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Affiliate disclosure
This website and related emails contain affiliate recommendations and links. If you register or purchase through an affiliate link, the person identified by that link may receive a commission or other benefit. The affiliate may be the operator of this website or your introducer. Refer to the provider’s offer for the applicable price and terms.
[IMPLEMENTATION CHECK: clearly identify affiliate links and the commercial relationship near the relevant recommendation or button. A disclosure on this legal page alone is not a substitute for a clear disclosure at the point of recommendation.]
Independent affiliates, recommendations and use of shared pages
EgoProjekt provides educational guidance and shared pages for people who choose to participate in affiliate programmes offered by Zilara, HBA and LeadsLeap. Recommendations describe an approach to using those services; they do not guarantee a provider’s performance or another participant’s conduct.
Independent participants make their own decisions about whether to join a programme, purchase services, advertise, contact prospects or send emails. Providing guidance or access to shared pages does not by itself authorise a participant to act on behalf of Klemens (Kay) Winkler or make commitments in his name.
Each participant is responsible for the marketing and communications they independently control, including their claims, affiliate disclosures, collection and use of personal data, consent records, unsubscribe handling and compliance with applicable laws and programme terms. My recommendation is to use confirmed double opt-in for marketing subscriptions, provide clear privacy information and affiliate disclosures, and respect every unsubscribe request. These recommendations are not a certification that another participant follows them.
I do not direct or control independent participants’ day-to-day marketing decisions and cannot guarantee that they follow my recommendations. I do not assume responsibility for their independently controlled activities merely because they use EgoProjekt guidance or shared pages. Responsibility in an individual case depends on the actual facts and applicable law.
This section does not exclude responsibility for my own content, conduct or processing of personal data, or for any participant’s conduct for which I am legally responsible. It does not override mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. Where I determine the purposes and means of processing, alone or jointly with others, the corresponding data-protection obligations remain applicable.
For a complaint about an independent participant’s email, contact the sender identified in that email. For a concern about content or processing on this website, contact privacy@powrmission.com. This allocation of contact points does not restrict your rights against any person responsible under applicable law.
Privacy notice
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
This notice explains personal-data processing in connection with powr.cc and EgoProjekt / POWRMission communications for which the operator identified above determines the purposes and means of processing. A privacy notice provides information; merely visiting this website does not constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing.
[DRAFT FOR REVIEW — NOT READY FOR PUBLICATION: the provider identities, separate affiliate lists, ALL-INKL mailbox and planned engagement segmentation have been clarified. Remaining work concerns trade/contact particulars, provider processing/transfer arrangements, actual tracking/consent controls and an implemented retention plan. This draft accompanies new click-to-load video covers on the content pages. Publish the relevant page drafts together only after checking them. The general HBA consent control remains disabled; any other optional tracking and external font loading still require review. A video cover addresses YouTube loading only.]
1. Controller and scope
Klemens (Kay) Winkler is the contact for processing carried out by the operator of this website. You can send privacy requests to privacy@powrmission.com at the postal address above. These rights are not restricted to people subscribed to the operator’s email list.
An independent introducer or affiliate may operate their own email list, sign-up page or Affiliate Data Page. Where that person independently determines why and how subscriber data is used, they are responsible for that processing and must provide their own privacy information. Use of a shared page does not by itself determine the legal role: responsibility follows the actual decisions and processing arrangements. Where purposes and means are jointly determined, joint-controller obligations may apply. Contact the relevant operator about their processing; this does not remove our responsibility for processing we control on this website.
What happens on the different pages
All pages, including this legal page: HBA’s hosting infrastructure delivers the page, text, images and other assets to your browser. This requires technical connection information such as your IP address. Visiting a page does not itself subscribe you to an email list or create a partner account. The design currently uses a Google Fonts stylesheet for Nunito; requesting that stylesheet or font can also send connection information to Google. This font request is separate from the video choice.
Stage pages 1–3: These pages explain the programme and provide navigation to the partner, setup and Action Habit pages. Their videos initially show a locally stored cover. Choosing Play loads the corresponding YouTube player; leaving the cover untouched leaves that player unloaded.
Partner pages 1–3: These pages introduce Zilara, HBA and LeadsLeap and direct you to the appropriate introducer’s Affiliate Data Page. Merely reading the page does not open a partner account. Following a registration or referral link takes you to the relevant provider, which handles the registration under its own terms and privacy information. Referral identifiers may be included in the link.
Setup steps 1–8: These pages provide tutorials and links to external tools, documents, images or share codes. Each video or substep has its own click-to-load choice; loading Step 4.1, for example, does not authorise every other video. Opening an external resource, such as a Google document, sends your browser to that service. Text displayed as a non-clickable URL does not itself visit that destination.
Action Habit pages 1–5: These pages provide training videos and, where shown, buttons linking to documents or training PDFs. Each video remains behind its own cover until Play is chosen. Resource buttons open the indicated external destination; its provider then processes the request under its own privacy information.
Newsletter sign-up pages and Affiliate Data Pages: Where a link leads to a separate sign-up or introducer page, check the operator identified there. For my own business list, LeadsLeap / SendSteed handles subscription and email delivery using double opt-in. An independent participant controls their own list and must explain their own collection, consent and marketing practices. A subscription to one person’s list is not blanket permission for every participant to email you.
2. Website delivery, hosting and security
When you access the website, technical connection data such as your IP address, requested page, date and time, browser/device information and referring page may be processed by the hosting infrastructure. IP addresses and online identifiers can constitute personal data.
The purpose is to deliver the requested pages, maintain reliable operation and investigate security incidents. The relevant legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to the necessary balancing of interests. The legitimate interests are secure and reliable website delivery and preventing abuse; this basis does not automatically authorise optional advertising or behavioural tracking.
The website is built and hosted using Builder by HBA, provided by The Home Business Academy, LLC (United States). HBA describes technical usage information, external providers and retention in its <a href="https://thehba.app/privacy-policy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Privacy Policy</a>. Its general account-deletion period does not establish a retention period for this website’s visitor logs. [HBA CONFIRMATION: obtain the agreement/terms governing HBA’s processing of hosted-site visitor data, the hosting/analytics subprocessors and countries for this site, visitor-log fields and deletion periods, and the applicable international-transfer safeguards. The public platform-wide policy does not settle these site-specific details.]
3. Contact enquiries
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, to answer the enquiry. Our contact mailbox is hosted with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. ALL-INKL states that customer data is stored on servers in Germany. See its <a href="https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">privacy information</a>. Please do not send sensitive information unless necessary.
The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps you request before entering a contract; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Newsletter and email series
EgoProjekt emails may contain educational material, setup instructions, updates and affiliate promotions. Subscribing is voluntary. Consent, where requested for these messages, is the basis under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable Austrian electronic-marketing rules. Merely visiting this website, following a link or contacting us is not a newsletter subscription.
You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting the identified sender. For emails sent by this website’s operator, you may also contact privacy@powrmission.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
For my own business email list, I use LeadsLeap / SendSteed, operated by Easttech Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore under number 200301652W, and a double-opt-in subscription process. Consent must be evidenced by an affirmative action; an email-open signal alone should not be treated as proof of informed marketing consent. This statement describes my list; it does not guarantee the practices of independent participants who use shared EgoProjekt pages. LeadsLeap describes itself as the processor of subscriber information in its <a href="https://www.leadsleap.com/privacy.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">privacy policy</a>.
[LEADSLEAP CONFIRMATION: obtain its subscriber-data processing agreement, processing countries/subprocessors and EEA transfer safeguards; confirm the actual subscription/consent records and the explicit confirmation-link flow for this list. The public tutorial describes verification from reading an email, so the configured confirmation mechanism needs checking rather than assumption.]
Active subscription details are needed while the subscription continues. After unsubscribe, marketing use must stop. Only data necessary to record the opt-out, demonstrate consent or comply with legal obligations should be retained for a justified period. [CONFIRM: operational deletion schedule and retention period for consent and suppression records, including the applicable legal justification.]
This page is still under construction.
Email activity and segmentation
LeadsLeap / SendSteed documents automatic measurement of email opens and link clicks. Such events can be associated with a subscriber. I plan to use these signals to group subscribers by engagement or interests, choose relevant follow-up content, avoid unnecessary repeat messages and adjust sending frequency. An open signal may be affected by blocked images, privacy features or automated scanning and is not reliable proof that a person read an email.
This planned behavioural segmentation may constitute profiling. It is distinct from a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Tracking for marketing segmentation requires an appropriate legal basis and, where applicable, prior consent for tracking technologies. Subscribing to emails must not be described as blanket consent to every form of tracking. You can object to direct marketing and related profiling or withdraw consent by contacting privacy@powrmission.com; you can unsubscribe through the email link.
[TRACKING IMPLEMENTATION: confirm how to obtain and record a separate, informed choice, how to suppress tracking for people who refuse or withdraw, and whether LeadsLeap can send genuinely untracked emails. Do not claim that these controls are already implemented. The policy text does not turn automatic tracking off.]
5. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies may store information on, or access information from, your device. Technically necessary storage/access is distinguished from optional analytics, advertising and tracking. Consent is required for nonessential storage/access under Section 165(3) TKG 2021; associated personal-data processing also requires an appropriate GDPR basis.
Browser settings can help you manage cookies, but they do not replace the website operator’s obligation to obtain consent where required. Consent must be a real choice, may be refused and must be as easy to withdraw as to give.
[TECHNICAL REVIEW REQUIRED: the new video covers control YouTube loading, not every other service. The general HBA consent control is disabled. Check platform visitor analytics, cookies/local storage, email tracking and externally loaded fonts; document provider, purpose, legal basis and duration, and obtain consent before nonessential storage/access where required. No Google Analytics or Meta Pixel ID was configured in this site’s HBA settings at review; this is not proof that every platform request is tracking-free.]
6. Embedded YouTube videos and external resources
Videos initially display a cover image stored with this website’s assets. The corresponding YouTube player is not inserted until you choose Play on that video. The cover identifies the stage, partner, step/substep or Action Habit and explains the connection to Google. You may leave it unloaded and continue browsing. This choice is specific to that video; it is not consent to newsletters or unrelated tracking.
Choosing Play gives consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR to loading the YouTube player and the associated connection to Google. Where the player uses nonessential device storage/access, consent under Section 165(3) TKG 2021 is also required. Once loaded, YouTube/Google receives technical information such as your IP address, browser/device details and page/referrer information. Cookies or similar technologies may be used, and information may be linked with your Google account depending on your account and privacy settings.
The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. This does not make playback anonymous or prevent every transfer to Google. Google processes information under its own policies, and processing may involve countries outside the EEA. See <a href="https://policies.google.com/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Google’s Privacy Policy</a>. The video provider for EEA users is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, with other Google entities involved as described in that policy.
No site-wide choice to load every video is saved by these covers. To unload activated players, reload this page and leave the covers untouched, or leave the page. This stops the loaded players on this page; it does not delete data already sent to Google or erase cookies already stored by Google. Manage those through your browser and Google privacy settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
[VIDEO REVIEW: the 20 updated page drafts were checked for absence of YouTube iframes before Play; activating one Step 4 video left the other unloaded. Publish the corresponding drafts together with this notice. Review the activated player’s actual storage behaviour. The external Google Fonts request is separate and remains to be addressed.]
External links lead to partner registration pages, documents and training resources. Following such a link makes a separate request to the destination, governed by its own privacy information. Clicking a resource button is not itself consent to unrelated marketing.
7. Affiliate links and attribution
Affiliate links may contain an identifier used by the destination provider to attribute a referral to an affiliate. When you follow such a link, the provider may receive the referral identifier together with technical connection data and may use attribution cookies or other tracking. The provider must explain its processing in its privacy information.
[CONFIRM: identify the actual affiliate networks/providers and attribution technologies used. Distinguish simple outgoing referral parameters from tracking loaded on this website. Document any processing for which we are responsible, its legal basis and retention, and obtain consent where required.]
8. Platform roles and recipients
Klemens (Kay) Winkler: operates this website and decides the purposes of his own business email list and communications. Using a hosted platform does not transfer those decisions or all related responsibilities to the platform.
Builder by HBA: The Home Business Academy, LLC supplies the website-building and hosting infrastructure for powr.cc. Its role in delivering pages differs from any role it has when someone independently registers for its own products.
LeadsLeap / SendSteed: Easttech Pte Ltd (Singapore, registration 200301652W) provides my newsletter subscription and email-delivery platform. For subscriber data handled on my instructions, LeadsLeap describes itself as a processor and the list owner as controlling the subscriber information. See <a href="https://www.leadsleap.com/privacy.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">LeadsLeap’s privacy policy</a>. Its own account, platform-security and service operations may involve processing for its own purposes.
ALL-INKL email hosting: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (René Münnich), Germany, handles the contact mailbox described above. This is separate from HBA website hosting and LeadsLeap newsletter delivery.
Zilara: the provider identified in Zilara’s privacy policy is Green Organics, LLC, 754 Cincinnati-Batavia Pike, Suite A, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245, United States. Its policy applies to registrations and transactions directly with that provider; see <a href="https://zilara.com/pdf/privacypolicy.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Zilara’s privacy policy</a>.
Zilara, HBA and LeadsLeap partner offers: the relevant provider handles applications, accounts and purchases made directly with it. A recommendation or outgoing link does not mean that all of these providers receive every visitor’s or subscriber’s information. Their legal identities and processing details should be checked in the specific provider’s registration and privacy information.
Google / YouTube: supplies the embedded video service after activation. Google is also involved in the current external font request described above. These are separate from the storage of email subscribers in LeadsLeap.
Independent introducers and list owners: are responsible for processing they independently determine. Where the actual arrangement instead involves processing on another party’s instructions or joint decisions, the applicable processor or joint-controller obligations must be addressed; labels or this notice alone do not decide those roles.
Data may be handled by the providers needed for hosting, email delivery, communications and the services described above. Providers processing data on our instructions require appropriate data-processing arrangements. Providers acting for their own purposes must be distinguished from processors.
We may disclose information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. My subscriber email addresses and activity data are not supplied or exported to other affiliates. Each independent participant builds and controls their own separate list. Necessary processing by my technical service providers remains as described above.
9. International transfers
HBA describes its services as US-based. LeadsLeap’s operator is registered in Singapore; registration there does not establish where its subscriber servers are located. ALL-INKL states that its customer data is stored in Germany. Zilara’s policy describes US processing when you use its services directly. These roles must not be confused with a claim that every provider receives all subscriber information.
Google describes its transfer arrangements, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered certified entities and standard contractual clauses where applicable, in its <a href="https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">transfer-framework information</a>. Those arrangements do not automatically apply to HBA or LeadsLeap.
Use of hosting, email or embedded-content providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The applicable locations and transfer arrangements must be assessed for each provider.
[TRANSFER CONFIRMATION: obtain HBA’s and LeadsLeap’s applicable EEA transfer mechanisms and recipient/subprocessor countries, and how a copy of the safeguards can be requested. A public privacy policy or a provider’s incorporation country is not a substitute for the applicable processing and transfer arrangements.]
10. Storage and deletion
[RETENTION PLAN TO FINALISE: decide and implement deletion/review periods for closed enquiries, inactive subscriptions, email-activity records, consent evidence and suppression records. Obtain HBA/LeadsLeap log, backup and deleted-data schedules. Do not copy an unrelated provider’s general business-account retention period into this notice as if it were the period for your own subscribers.]
Personal data should not be retained longer than needed for the stated purpose. Relevant criteria include an active subscription, an unresolved enquiry, security-incident investigation, mandatory retention duties and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. After the relevant period, data must be deleted or irreversibly anonymised unless a lawful reason for further retention applies.
[CONFIRM: replace the outstanding retention notes with actual periods or sufficiently specific criteria for hosting logs, enquiries, subscriptions, consent evidence and opt-out records. Provider backup/deletion schedules must also be considered.]
11. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time, including related profiling; that processing must then stop.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Contact privacy@powrmission.com to exercise rights concerning our processing. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
Requests are generally free of charge, including the first copy of personal data. A reasonable fee or refusal is permitted only in the circumstances allowed by the GDPR, such as manifestly unfounded or excessive requests; a reasonable fee may apply to additional copies.
We must respond without undue delay and generally within one month of receiving your request. Where legally permitted because of complexity or the number of requests, this may be extended by up to two further months; you must be informed of the extension and its reasons within the first month.
You may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, work or an alleged infringement. In Austria, the authority is the <a href="https://dsb.gv.at/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde)</a>. You do not have to contact us before complaining.
12. Providing data and automated decisions
You do not have to subscribe to marketing emails to read public pages. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver a requested webpage; contact details are needed to answer an enquiry or deliver a requested subscription. Any other mandatory fields and the consequences of not providing them should be explained at collection.
[AUTOMATED-DECISION CHECK: email segmentation based on engagement is planned and is described above. No credit/employment/eligibility decision process has been identified in the page setup. Confirm whether any other solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is actually used before making an unqualified statement that none occurs.]
13. Children
The content concerns business and marketing activities and is intended for adults. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information in connection with this website, contact privacy@powrmission.com so that the circumstances can be reviewed and appropriate action taken. A statement about intended audience does not replace applicable protections for children’s data.
14. Changes and service-specific information
This notice should be updated when relevant services, purposes or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Where additional information is needed for a particular form or service, it should be supplied at the point of collection.
